Come prepared to audition and rehearse for the upcoming Native POP fashion show.

Requirements: +14 years old, Must be available July 15th, 2017 for the Native POP fashion show.

Females: 5’5” on up, appear dressed in fitted jeans or black leggings and white fitted top, bring heels (no wedges), little to no makeup, hair pulled back.

Males: 5’8” on up, appear dressed in nice jeans and white shirt, flat shoes.

The Fifth Annual Native POP: People of the Plains, a Native art market and cultural celebration, will host an awards presentation and artist reception at the Dahl Arts Center, Friday, July 14, 5 - 8pm. 

Meet Great Plains’ Native artists and preview artwork ahead of the market on Saturday, July 15 at Main Street Square. Enjoy entertainment, regional foods and an awards ceremony starting at 6pm featuring $17,000 in prizes.

Native POP: Art Market and Cultural Celebration 2017

Native POP is a one-day, juried Native American fine art show featuring original work by established and emerging Native visual artists focusing on Great Plains culture.

In addition to fine art market, Native POP is a cultural celebration with top Native performing artists and Native culture bearers sharing and demonstrating their cultural knowledge and artistry throughout the day. Native POP will also host their second annual fashion show and a Native film showcase. 

The art show and market runs 9am to 6pm with performances and film screenings throughout the day and there will be a free concert from 6 - 8pm to close out the event.

An artists' award reception will be held at the Dahl Arts Center on Friday, July 14, 5 - 8pm, and is a ticketed event.
